Maxim Filimonov

Embodiment Coach & Facilitator

Maxim is a dedicated facilitator and coach passionate about guiding men through transformational journeys of self-discovery, emotional openness, and embodied leadership. With over a decade of experience living as a digital nomad across Europe, North America, and Southeast Asia, his journey has given him profound insights into human connection, authentic relating, and the integration of masculine and feminine energies.

Growing up in Russian culture, Maxim witnessed firsthand the pressures of traditional masculinity, where toughness often overshadowed tenderness. His personal journey led him to explore the strength found in vulnerability, deepening his connection to his intuitive, emotional, and relational self. This balance has become the foundation of his work—helping men embrace their wholeness without fear or judgment.

With 17 years of experience in personal growth, Maxim brings a unique blend of wisdom and skill to his practice. As a trained meditation teacher, certified embodiment coach, and experienced facilitator of tantra and authentic relating workshops, he creates safe spaces where men can open their hearts, reconnect with their authenticity, and cultivate deeper self-awareness.

Beyond his professional work, Maxim has had the privilege of co-parenting four stepchildren, a journey that has further enriched his understanding of relationships, responsibility, and the beauty of nurturing others’ growth.

His mission is to empower men to step into their true selves—grounded, present, and emotionally free. Whether through workshops, one-on-one coaching, or immersive retreats, Maxim guides others to embody their full potential with courage, compassion, and integrity.
